Michelle began her insurance career in 2000 at a family-owned agency specializing in community associations and became a licensed commercial lines agent in 2004, followed by her surplus lines agent license in 2016.

Over the years, she's had the privilege of advising hundreds of associations and building long-term relationships based on trust and results. Since joining IOA in 2019, she's continued to grow her practice, representing more than 100 associations.

In addition, she is an approved continuing education instructor with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, where she works with community association managers to share industry insights and best practices.

She also holds a Claims Adjuster license, which further strengthens her ability to guide clients through the claims process when it matters most.
